Saint Bridget After School Program:

Saint Bridget After School Program operated by Saint Bridget Catholic Church is
religiously exempt from licensure and is classified as a “religiously exempt child day center”. The
Director plans a theme-based curriculum which includes exposure to academic, social, and
spiritual issues. Daily schedules include a separate recess period for each group, an afternoon
snack, as well as a set homework period (if applicable), and an opportunity for indoor play. The
Saint Bridget After School Program is currently open to any student enrolled in Junior
Kindergarten who has reached his/her fourth birthday, and any student in Kindergarten
through 5th grade.
The Saint Bridget After School Program offers child care based on contracted, pre-
arranged attendance. Options for attendance are listed below. Due to capacity constraints,
there is not a drop-in option nor will families be able to choose days other than those listed
below. Priority will be given to families who choose the 5-day option, but Saint Bridget will make
every effort to accommodate all requests for care. For more information on this program and/or

Hours of Operation:
Normal hours of operation are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Rates:
The cost for the program is determined by the number of days a student attends:
$140: Five days per week- Monday through Friday
$90: Three days per week- Monday/Wednesday/Friday
$70: Two days per week- Tuesday/Thursday
Fees:
Registration Fee: $50 a child or $75 family
Early Release Day Fee: additional fee of $25 per child per day
Late Pick-up Fee: $10 per 15-min increment

Multi-child 10%
Military 10%
Payment Policies: Families are billed monthly for tuition and all payments will be made
through the school FACT system. Families will not be charged for care during institutional
breaks (Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, Easter break), but will not be discounted for other
days when the school and/or the After School Program is closed. There also will be no refunds
for days a student does not attend due to student absence. Failure to pay agreed-upon tuition
may result in removal from the program until any billing issues are resolved. All tuition
questions or concerns can be addressed through the school business office.
Contractual Changes: Two weeks paid notice is required to withdraw from a contract. Two
weeks advanced notice is required to request any changes to contracts. The school will make
every effort to accommodate contractual change requests, but please note that due to capacity
limitations, the school may not be able to accommodate all requests. and will be considered on a
space-available basis.
